He then went on to complete his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West Campus in San Jose, California.

Specializing in soft tissue therapies and individualized corrective exercises, Dr. Bernard uses a wide variety of techniques to maximize optimal function and performance: instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), Active Release Technique (ART), chiropractic adjustments/joint mobilizations, percussion therapy, cupping, and functional movement-based screenings to identify biomechanical dysfunctions.

Striving to create the most educational and evidence-based approach to his care, Dr. Bernard is constantly furthering his skills with post-graduate certifications. He is currently a certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms), a Functional Movement Techniques Rocktape Medical Professional, and a Full-Body Certified A.R.T.© provider.
